It’s always an honour to capture our couples’ special day especially when it involves family friends of over a decade - what a special privilege it was to see Tash marry the man of her dreams.

Tash & Joel couldn’t be more opposite. Tash is a natural-born performer and the life of the party. Joel is soft-natured and introverted, with only a few lucky enough to experience his quick wit. But, opposites attract, right? 

The two love birds met at their local church and soon realised they had both found something pretty special in each other.

Their day started with an intimate ceremony across the street from their friend’s river-side property and ended in said friend’s private, coastal-chic home with a select few gathering for a banquet style feast under the stars. 

Simple. Elegant. Intimate. What more could you want?

We briefly stole the two away from their loved ones and headed down to Currumbin Beach to grab a few romantic snaps as a full moon rose over peachy sunset skies. Perfect portrait conditions are few and far between when it comes to the beach. But it was just one of those nights - pure, newly-wed bliss.
